Anybody do the occasional race to stay in shape? The wife and I try to do at least one race a year. She did the tri, I did the duathalon today and considering the lack of training we did it went a lot smoother than I had planned. I finished the first 3.5 mile run in about 28 mins. The 14mile bike took me roughly 52 mins and the second 3.5 mile run took me 35 mins.
