Rum is the next one as far as I can tell. In Europe, its prices just as crazy as bourbon, scotch, etc.The shop keepers I speak to say that aged Tequila is the next big thing. I hope some of the bourbon drinkers start drinking Tequila, maybe make it easier to find some of the unicorns.
Damn, and that's just plain dumb... The product finally turned 4 years. That's still pretty young for me... I think they were $90...Peerless' first in house bourbon release sold out in less then a day at the distillery. The line stretched out the door and down the street.
