Not much. Worked for awhile. I struggle big time with sticking with these things. Need to get better and get in better shape in general. Dad bod has reached its pinnacle and for the first time in my life I'm not liking the way I look. So need to get back on it. For me full out keto is a no go. But definitely a low carb diet I think is great.

I think one of the best things to do, especially when you have a hard time sticking with it, is start small. Start with a couple small changes in your diet, it's much easier to stick with a couple small things and they will make a difference. Then when those small things are a good habit you can make a couple more small changes to take another step to where you want to be. Combine that with some exercises and you'll be on your way.

The plan that works the best is the one you consistently stick to.
