That's what u get for trading with me!!!!!!!!These are outdated badly now, about 10 year old information. CVM is right, I believe someone at CW had a group buy and went for $85 delivered. Retail then was about $125.
I suggest posting ISO and offer a trade of smokes for the book. I let mine go few years ago and got the crap bombed outta me.
I agree. It's worth the money considering the quality of the book and frequency that it's published.maybe loads more money, but when you only buy one every 10 years it isn't the end of the world.
Yes, that is correct. The reprint is often referred to as the "Second Edition", though. I'd have to check the book to see if that is actually printed on it.I thought there has been only one published. There was a reprint a couple of years later with a couple of corrections and that one when compared against an original run was actually thinner.
The link to nino's site is for work on the second edition isn't it?
I haven't seen it for sale yet
It states "Second Reprint (with correction on errors in the first printing)" on the copyright page. The "First edition" was published in January 2003. The "Second Reprint" was published in July, 2005 and both by the same publisher, Interpro Business Corporation. Also, in the back of the "Second Reprint" there is an errata in the first printing, so that you can see the changes.Yes, that is correct. The reprint is often referred to as the "Second Edition", though. I'd have to check the book to see if that is actually printed on it.
