Crowned Heads #JDHowardReserve update....

A few of you contacted me, asking if I had sampled the upcoming release of JD Howard Reserve from Crowned Heads....well...I was able to sample it today. Let's pretend for a moment that I don't work for the company.....TRUST ME when I say that it's going to be incredible. There's definitely a reason to get excited about this one.

On a side note...the band and box design concepts are looking amazing too. I'm still the new guy around the office, so no pictures or images for you folks yet. I'd probably be looking for a new job if it got leaked

I absolutely love the Headley Grange... I would think it will be tough to beat.

HG and JD Howard are not apples to apples so I couldn't choose one or the other (and thats not a means to avoid the question).... They are different....... I smoke a ton of Four Kicks, but I can't say that I like Four Kicks better than Headley Grange either. Depends on the time of day and what mood I'm in. I CAN say that the JD Howard seems like it would be a great cigar after a big juicy steak is in my belly. Hope that somewhat answer your questioned without avoiding too much.

Crowned Heads has some of the nicest packaging and bands out there. Wouldnt expect anything less for the JD Howard

I am a huge Four Kicks fan I've smoked through a few boxes of the CG's and will always have some on hand. Headley Grange, Ive only smoked 2 so far and i have one in my humidor. Not really sure how i feel on those yet. The first one I had i loved it 2nd one had major burn problems and wrapper split open but im sure that was my fault some how. lol I dont buy cigars because of the packaging but (Headley Grange) packaging is awesome.

Not at all, man. I'm the same way. I couldn't decide which I love more - a T52 or Padron '26 Maduro. But after a steak I'm probably going to reach for the Padron '26 Maduro.

Well, The Four Kicks was mild, the HG medium, and the Mule Kick medium/full. So if the new one is Full...that pretty much rounds out a great fleet of winners Keep it up, CH!

Same here! I only had one and loved it. The next day I went back to the B&M and grabbed the last one they had but its sitting in my humidor because I'm afraid to smoke it because I can't replace it. Talk about a catch 22.

I have three Mule Kicks left. Holding on to those for special occasions. Having said that, my "special occasion" criteria could be significantly altered at the drop of a hat. 😊

I must digress, I had no idea what I was smoking, and that finding them would be quite difficult. further, I had no idea that it was even related to the four kicks LOL!

Ill check my BNM and see whats there. Im after the HG as we speak....

I was lucky I found 2 boxes of mule kicks. My B&M had 6 boxes of Hadley Grange last time I was there I guess I need to just go ahead a pick 1 up.
