Wallmart should carry the bacon jerky. They do here in the kentuckyian area. I assume most all wallmarts carry the same stuff, and I agree it is GREAT!

It is beef jerky on steroids... Simply the most awesome dried meat on the planet...

Mainly need a smoker and a good seasoning. From there get the flavour wood you want for smoking and your golden. Just keep making it and it lasts along time if you air seal it away.

Rex the only problem i see with this jerky is there isnt enough in a bag.

You can use either. I actually opened a package of bacon when I did it and it turned out great. Also I'm a huge hickory fan so the marinade and wood shavings are hickory.
