Those Escepcions are great! One of the few expensive cigars worth the extra money- IMHO. eace: No pictures, but have been impressed with the 2013 MC Especiale #2s. Just ordered a second box. Stronger than the regular 1s through 5s.

No, those secondary bands have the tax/price on them.
The law here in belgium requires that cigars sold seperatly (this was a new opened case in my cigar store) must each have an extra tax band.
