This doesn't make sense to me. So they are still going to let the whisky sit in the barrel for 12, 17 and 21 years, but they are done bottling it at 15 yr mark?
Only guess I can make off the top of my head is they have too much demand for the 17 & 21 and not enough product.
I think their old price points are catching up to them. For example, what other producer puts a 15 year old (almost 100 proof) single barrel scotch out for $65 retail?

On that same viewpoint, could be the 12yo is selling a lot more while they want the 17yo & 21yo for their special high priced stuff. So, they axe the 15yo to make up the difference.
The 15 is usually the sweet spot between age and cost. When I branch into other brands I usually start with the 15 .
I saw the 21 for 200 bucks the other day. Three years ago I bought that bottle for 160, wtf
