  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey maybe he just really wanted them... I think he probably thought he was bidding on 10. The wording in the description seems a bit misleading at first glance.

Even that would have been a major overbid. A box of 10 are on sale at Famous for $53.99 ($45.89 BOTL price). I still feel he meant to bid 1.65 each, and messed up the decimal point.

This is why we all need to read the stink'n confirmation page, listing the bid total, before hitting submit.

I remember several years ago, I was bidding on a Yankee lot at CA, and IIRC, the bids where around $49 and change. Someone messed up with the decimal point, and bid on 2 lots at $5000 each.

These aren't in my wheelhouse, so I'll take your word on their cost. That's sad. Sucks to be that guy.
