I'll try to put up some more info tomorrow, but when Doug was in last I found a restaurant with a cigar-friendly patio, we ate, then they brought us a cigar ashtray out for after the meal. Just throwing that out there...
Oh, and I believe Golden Leaf in Uptown was open until 10 during the week.
