Xikar warranty

I love the Xikar warranty. Took in my old Element that had some wear and tear to my local cigar shop and got this no questions asked.

Yes, the flame control is much better.

How can you beat the service. Send back a used, worn down cutter and they send ya a brand new one.

Not sure I gave up on mine. It quit regulating well after about 8 months. Have had out of my humidor for about 2 weeks and crystals haven't shrunk at all. Not worried about it for the $10 or whatever I paid.
