I've been drinking Hoegarrden Weiss Beir. It's light and doesn't seem to taint the pallet with string flavors. It actually seems to clean it off.
I do have a bottle of red at the ready for a ciar after a stew dinner and when none of those are available I enjoy a Crown n ginger.

Ginger beer vodka and lime juice so good I use a half of lime squeeze the juice then toss the half in glaas.
