I think that you may have missed the point....As a guy you are expected to watch shows like the ones you listed. The "guilty pleasures" are shows that you probably wouldn't be expected to watch like Gray's Anatomy or Say Yes To The Dress.

I watched How to Get Away With Murder with my wife as well, and used to watch Revenge. Lately I've been watching stuff on HGTV - Property Virgins, stuff like that. One I have no shame in watching and have to watch whenever its on - Family Feud! I can't get enought of it lol
