Shipping cork and cage

Does anyone have experience shipping bombers with a cork and cage? Do I need to do anything special?

Make sure you pack those bombers with a lot of care! If they break, you'll get a lot of heat from the USPS because A., you used the mail to ship booze (illegal), and B., you lied to them when you said you weren't shipping liquids (also frowned upon). The safer bet is to use UP$ (which is unfortunately cost-prohibitive). If something breaks, at least you haven't broken the law. Just don't tell a private carrier what you're shipping or they won't accept it. They typically require that you have a special account with them for shipping alcohol.
