  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey guys,

Just received some good news today.

Anyways, I'd like to get something nice for myself in celebration :) I've already had a few cocktails and am feeling good. That Savinelli Lolita that @SeaGarr loves so much has been on my radar for a while. I have five corn cobs but would love a "real" pipe. Not sure if a small nose warmer should be my first though?

What'ya guys think? I've probably got like 3/4 pound of baccy in misc jars so I should be good there. Lolita pipe or a different Savinelli?

I only get to smoke about 2 bowls a week, if that matters....

Price isn't everything either. I rather see you post pics of a pipe that was $20 for and brag about how awesome it is over seeing how upset you might be because you paid $150 and aren't happy with the pipe.

IMHO, I rather but them all in person. I want to hold the pipe and see how it feels in my hand. I kinda went OCD lol. Although, I'm guilty and jumped on an eric nording signature freehand pipe on-line.... And have a cob from the newbie trade. But I love them all.

Well you know my love of the little pipes and the Savs... I am only posting to congratulate you for getting over whatever hump it is you are getting over.

Is it just me, or does this remind anyone else of that time the doc/wife made you get a sperm count test? Or that time you were waiting on your results for communicable diseases?

Bah - it must just be me!

I actually didn't. It's been windy and cold out here!

It's not much more money at all, but personally, it's a huge win for me. Now I just need it to warm up a bit so I can get back to my smoking :)
