I think the majority of the online retailers would be sold out at this point. I would call the TAA shops that don't have an online presence. That or wait for the TAA '15. I believe that one should drop in a month or two.

Call Telford's Pipe and Cigar: 415-388-0440. Last I checked they had a whole box of 2013 and 2014 TAA Tats. Not sure they'll ship though.
