Great smoke, will prob improve with time. Had a fragrant first half with almost an Italian seasoning/meaty retro. Definitely unique...could have been influenced by the muffaletta and salami I had for dinner.

Second half was pure chocolate mixed with some creamy, dense smoke with a rich finish that lingered well after I was done
