If I owned this site, and they didn't have my permission first, I would.
What if their event goes horribly wrong? It gets cancelled, and people don't get their refund, or their buffet is just 14 cheeseburgers from McDonald's. People would get upset and might understandably think BOTL was somehow affiliated with that. I wouldn't let my good reputation be ruined by some yokels out in Jersey.

I think yokel is a term used for other parts of the country. We're more used to descriptors such as goomba or mallrats.
