Nah it's just a standalone alarm clock that's on my nightstand.

I would check humidity with a calibrated hygrometer. My thermostat at home reads about 10% low compared to what one from my wineador reads.

I did, that same evening I put my calibrated hygro on my nightstand and it went down to 5% in a matter of hours. Sall good, I'm pumping non stop moisture into the room now, up to about 40%, though it's warm out today, so that probably has something to do with it.
