  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

A bundle of joy & a new Pete 312

I recently procured a flawless vintage Peterson 312 with a generous bowl, no fills, and stunning grain. Been searching for just the right one for while.

But more importantly my pipin' brethren I'd like to introduce my first born son William! Born on St Valentiens day. I am incredibly excited to be a father and even more so that I was blessed with a boy. He's doing fantastic and has already gained a pound and a half in just over a week. We are elated. ☺

Make sure mom gets a little extra rest when you can. If she is nursing, fitting in a bottle every once in a while gives her a couple extra hours of sleep and hopefully makes it easier when that time comes and he has to eat from a bottle. First bottle at 3 months old could be a miserable couple hours if he's only ever had the tit (I'm a dairy farmer, I can say tit and shit because I work with and in both all day).

Good to know haha!
But that's good advice, she is starting to wear down a bit the last few days and now has a little sickness which is making her even more tired.

Definitely give your wife a break whenever you can. Not just once a night. And most importantly try to remember the milestones. My son is only 4 but he is growing SO fast! Enjoy him man and Congrats!
