Smoking a UF13 in honor of Assistant Chief Greenwood HCCO3. Rest easy brother.

This is a different, strange and interesting smoke. Thing smelled like BBQ. I am one that doesn't have the words to describe flavors but by the smell of it you would think it would be terrible. So far it's not bad. Only a 1/3 in so we will see when it's finished. Thinking this would pair well with some Stubbs sauce.
