OK, so Im genuinely asking as I have never had one. Back when I used to run a B&M our owner refused to carry them, and when I asked why he would walk away in an expletive filled rage. So we had a few people that would ask from time to time, and fewer still that would have some on them and would ask and say they were good. And most people that asked for them would leave without even bothering to look around a very well appointed cigar shop.

So, can yall enlighten me? Are they so good that people would rather smoke nothing than a different stick?

I REALLY do want to know, Im not being snarky or anything. I don't think any shop in town carries them so I am SOL on the "try it yourself" front....

I'd recommend Crowned Heads Las Mareas over any tat.

But with that said... the black label gran toros are nice. And if you can find some old cabaiguans they're worth it.

Buttttttt they have a few sticks ... just like other brands... that are boooooty.

I'm guessing that people who went into a store looking for a product and we're told that product wasn't there would walk out....Seems normal to me man.

Dunno what you're looking for from us tbh, tats are really good so ppl like them there you go

Thanks! I've been seeing a few things here recently about the Crowned Heads and was going to look into those too. Been away from sticks too long, feels like I've been in the woods for a year and asking about the 2nd season of Firefly....

Also, anyone recall a cigar wrapped in burlap with a gear ring around it? I used to love those but I have no idea what they were.

*Edit* Foundry. got it

imo, the whole reason that tatuje is so hyped up is pete does a wonderful job of making his brand not only nice to smoke but great to collect. he always has some le that is hard to come by he has the dress boxes that are very collectible. he has some shop exclusives not so much any more but before. he has some wonderful ideas about how to keep his brand sought after. as you can see above not all share that opinion

OK THAT makes a little more sense. It seems like he markets similarly to Rocky in some ways. Ill have to poke around and see if anyone local has some. Ill report my findings!
