Damn! Those are looking good!! I'm not entirely sure on the harvest but depending on the varieties you are growing, tobacco plants can grow up to 6 feet tall. Since yours are in planters I imagine they won't get that tall. Found you some light reading, start at section three:

Getting there. I just chopped the biggest one down and hung it in the garage. We shall see.
