I love how the NJ State Troopers stake out at the bridge on 78 waiting for cars coming out of Phantom. I've seen it happen a couple of times.

The best way to avoid that confrontation is not to get into in the first place. That's why you buy on the way into PA and return on one of the many other bridges. Not that I buy fireworks. If I'm going to spend money to burn something I want the burn to last an hour or two, like a CAO Bottle Rocket.
