that's a nice Fuente, What did you think??
Haha, I was afraid someone might ask.. It's fine. Not all that impressed really. If I hadn't tried so many boutiques lately it would probably be great to me. But there are so many things from CH, Pete Johnson, Saka, Nick and Warped (among others) , that I like a lot better, and (I think) cost a lot less. I'd take a luminosa, Careme, L'at, illusione and a bunch of others over it in a heartbeat. Nevermind a RASS or Boli. But could just be me, not many Fuentes have done it for me.

interesting, you must love that Nica sweetness. I personally think that type of sweetness is just ok to me. I like the bite or twang of Habanos and Fuentes seem to more along those type of flavors.
But Noted. :)

This actually has a sweetness, and a little of that citrusy twang. It was pretty good, just didn't really compare to a lot of other stuff. Honestly could have been partly an expectations thing. Lot of buildup with the mystique it had in my mind.

Couldn't really tell but looks like you had either a 48, 49 or 60. The bigger longer sizes are okay but I'm really partial to the 46 and maybe that vitola with its smaller RG may give you a different experience. I also tend to let mine rest a bit before I smoke them. Two to 3 years at the minimum. Then again, I'm a Fuente ho so what do I know?

Yesterday’s smokes......

TAA 2014/17

Then at the local B&M with a buddy, I finally got to try the Sacra Folium Radix!! What an amazing smoke. The owner and employees of my local shop created this cigar brand and line which to me made it that much more special. We got to talk about the cigar and how they came up with the blend.

And nubbed it sort of......I needed to snap a picture before my phone died on me.

Then for the ride home......Sacra Folium Law of Sines
