Hi There!

I am 38 years old software developer from Antalya Turkey. I have been lurking around forums for a few months but just had the chance to register.
I have been smoking for five years now and recently built up a vineador for myself (present from my wife for 10th year anniversary)

My favorite for the moment sticks are:
Flor des Antilles
Bolivar 2005
Hoyo de Montorrey Epicure No 2
Monte Cristo No 2
Alec Bradley Prensado

Also I am looking for getting into pipe smoking soon and making some research at the moment.
I wish you all a great day/night :)

Hello and welcome from Tennessee!

Do you have a good selection available in your local shops? Or do you have to travel or order online?

Recently an LCDH opened in Istanbul/Turkey finding Cubans is not so hard. Buying the rest online with risks (may return from customs). Sometimes I order from my friends who go abroad as well. Not the easiest thing to get your hands on good sticks but worth the try :)

Ah you were in the US military then :)
Yes. I was stationed in Germany with an aeromedical evacuation squadron at the time and our flights went through Turkey twice a week, if I recall correctly. I don't remember the tea but I had very good food there and lots of it. And I would have coworkers bring back a big bag of pistachios every once in a while.
