I organize a couple of times a year. I do it by brand and size. Singles and doubles are all lumped together. Asst lanceros are together.

It's time for me to reorganize again, although I have bought very few cigars the last 2 years, so things don't get too out of hand.

By size first, and then together by brand. Dunno if that makes sense, lol. So- all robustos of a brand, then another brand, etc, in one area. Then same for Toro and other sizes. This all works until I rifle through each layer looking for different cigars, leaving a mess until I get back around to it. Funny thing is, I find myself passing up a certain cigar "because I only have 4 left of that kind..." even when it is what I really want.

Paging @Opie ...!
Hey Brother @Coolbreeze81 I see you have some KFC mixed in there... you might want to move those to a different storage area so they don't 'infect' your other cigars with the fired cured aroma*

Good catch!! I actually have them in a separate desktop humi (work) but wanted to capture “all” my cigars in one photo.. I appreciate it!!

Right now I’m using ziplocks left open in my coolidor

Started doing this a few years ago in my 48 quart cooler. It's great to organize and easy...freezer ziplocs which hold about a good dozen cigars....use a sharpie to write what is inside as far as date and brand. Keeping them open ensures proper RH and I line the bottom and sides with cedar for a good transfer aroma. You can stack them vertically or horizontally...I prefer vertically because then you can just pull the bag up and read the info w/o the cigars falling out. This keeps me from messing up the wrappers on the cigars...they are protected from handling and with a dozen cigars to keep each other company you won't have to deal with their whining about being by themselves....good for their freshness as they will draw a nice transference from each other.

Where do I start....
Google sheets for a buy/sell/trade log, sorted by date.
Another log of what is in each wineadore at each location. I have cigars stored at 4 diff places.
I store everything I can in its original box. When the box gets down to 5 or less, I ‘might’ take them out. A couple singles drawers of rare/1 off Opus and a couple singles drawers of Rare Tatuaje etc.
1 Opus 22 box full of loose singles I’ll never smoke. Freebies/bonus sticks etc etc.
Aristocrat, display cabinet, 4 large wineadors, probably another 30 boxes vacuum sealed and stored in cabinets/(1) 250ct Diamond crown desktop/(2) Don Carlos Anniversario Desktops...probably 100ct ea. Desktops are for long term storage w/out cello.
Boxes are labeled on the outside with a Dynamo label. Vitola, Year, box code, date acquired.
Even use stamps.com so I have a full history of outgoing packages, addy, tracking etc.

No cigar problem here.
