Brings back memories of the Frito Pies at 7 Eleven.

We make something we call a Bo-Pie here at work (I own a restaurant Bodacious BBQ thus the name Bo Pie). Fritos, beans, cheese, meat (usually brisket, chicken, pulled pork. Some get boudin, sausage or hot link). I never thought about just making it in the chip bag. Gonna have to try it.

I was expecting marinated brisket or braised pork belly, fresh fried artisanal organic tortillas, candied habenjero and papaya Pico, creme fraiche and foie Gras frijoles...

What a let down....
