BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I ordered 10 boxes last month, all but one have arrived.
that one has been reshipped.
That's it for me until next year. (well,,,,,,,maybe )
This last one is already split, and in the wind to a couple of Brothers.

I had to get a reship on a box of sticks (RASCC ) that was shipped out on Oct. 9th.
I waited an extra week before asking for help.
The replacement has been shipped, and today the missing box shows up.
In all the years, this has never happened to me .
First thing was to notify the shipper and ask him to send me the cost , so I can pay him.
I took the opportunity to thank him for another great year of cigars, and said there is always room for another box of these.
This is my chance to return the favor for all the things this vendor has done for me.

For me personally in 2008 I stuck around for about 10 months. Built relationships. Now with FB, social media it takes about 5 mins.
