I don't sweat these reading so much because everything runs pretty stable but I'm curious to see if it works in my garage's fridgeador?

I have one already, works great as long as you’re in Bluetooth range

Back in stock but I read reviews of the app and most of the users are disappointed. Any personal experience?

I don't know what there really is to be disappointed about, its pretty simple. I haven't read the reviews, but I've been using one since summer and I know a bunch of the other guys use it too.
It's literally three steps. Download the app, calibrate overnight using their instructions, stick it in your box. Works through Bluetooth up to 100 ft, if you only use the one step calibration its accurate up to 2.5% like most others, but they offer two point as well for better accuracy. It also keeps a history of temperature and humidity fluctuations down to the hour if you wanted to get really specific. I usually check the app once a week from my couch in the living room (when I remember) while my tupperdore is upstairs in the closet.

@btort is it worth picking up a couple at this price with the anticipation that the app problems will be resolved?

If the problems are resolved it's definitely worth it. If not then all you are getting is another hygrometer that you can see the current rh and temp on your phone. All the other features are rendered useless without a fix to the android app.

That's a good price for them. I have 2, using with iOS and have had no issues. My only complaint is that it will only show readings in whole percentage points. You can calibrate to the tenth of a percent, but you can't see that in the readings. To me there is a difference between 64.5% and 65.4% and I want to be able to see it. I prefer my sensor push in this regard, but not enough to keep spending $50 on them.

Well, I’ve been wanting to give Fox a try.
I’m a big fan of Fox. I’ve got some good deals from them. They care about their customers and reward repeat business. It’s not uncommon to find a hitchhiker or 2 or other freebies, cutter, match box, stickers, etc. The one time they screwed up my order, they made it right and then some. All orders ship free with boveda. Give em a shot.

Android user here. This thing is pissing me tf off. It's just hung at finalizing calibration and thats been a couple hours, after the waiting 24 hours. When I reopened the app it says the last reading is 46% at the time I reopened the app but the device hasn't left the calibration kit since I put it in there.

Not going to cancel and try again, not about that life. I'll cancel and toss it in the trash...I almost ordered 7 more of these things.

You'd think with as many Android phones as there are this issue would be addressed?

I picked one up and have the iPhone app and this is a total piece of trash. I have to open/close/restart the app multiple times to get it to register and then there are huge gaps where there's simply no data. Not just me either:
