Couldn’t resist. I realized with regular Maker’s Mark CS that rolling around a little brings out ridiculous chocolate covered cherries. This has that but spicy up front and on the back end and a black tea note on the finish that’s kinda dry.

Niiice pick up man. The Makers Private Select program is one of my favorites. I’ve had some outstanding pours. Did you pick this up semi-locally? And what is the stave combo on the back?

After checking out 2 places that didn't have any, I had to re-sample my bottle, yep I still want/need more

Has anyone ever had either of these? That Cask Strength looks promising.

Love the little 375ml bottles and how they retain their shapes. The prices leave a lot to be desired though

I've had the small batch rye and thought it was pretty decent. Oak heavy. Always hard to pass up a sale!
