Wifey asked me what I was doing this morning and like most mornings I'm checking out the estate sales on Marketplace and Craigslist. Judging from the number of cabinet humidors offered in these estate sales I have to guess that cigars are simply, good for you.

Cigars have saved me from many a stroke.

Phrasing.
Saved me from mini-strokes as well. This hobby over a lifetime of ( 65 years ) has been the equivalent of tobacco prozac and anything tobacco like pipes, snuff, loose leaf/long leaf is something that calms me down in stressful situations esp. before I retired in 1996. I'm sure I was on the cusp of being fired several times but I used a can of Copenhagen to keep from exploding and here I am today....retired and happy because of tobacco.

I honestly believe the mind is far more powerful than we give it credit. You will find evidence of whatever you choose to believe.

Always take the approach what you're doing is good for you, and really know it, not just think it!

I honestly believe you'll be much more likely to call forward good health if you believe what you are doing is good for you! And I believe if you spend your time worrying about you're health and wondering if you should stop you'll be more likely to invite sickness into your life.

So heck yeah dude, cigars are good for you.

That's an interesting outlook but I agree whole heartedly. The mind is a very powerful tool that can be your best friend if you let it. Although, it can also be your worst nightmare.
