The Churchill logo you see if for my above the garage bar “The War Room”. Playing on Churchill’s War Rooms in London.

The display you see is a prototype I made for bourbon tasting boards. It’s got a cutout for the glass to sit in and a cut out to put a tag in that labels what you are tasting. The final version looks very similar, but holds three glasses instead of the one. I made these using reclaimed red cedar from the old porch posts on my 106 year old house and pine from the old floors. Made a total of 10 boards for a Blanton’s tasting I am putting together this fall.
Sounds exciting! Thanks for sharing that. I’m a huge fan of reclaimed wood, and I think it goes hand and hand with bourbon. I’m considering one of these for a near future whiskey cabinet

How did you like Pinhook? It was quite a shocker for me, wasn’t expecting to like it so much. For $29.99 it’s a steal too.

Pauly D huh?

I actually liked it man but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing lol definitely great for the price though - I think I’d take ECSB over this though

A fun day of sipping whiskey and smoking stogies. I got to try my first ever quality Rum and taste my 2nd Batch of my Infinity Bottle. It was well received by the guys at my lounge.

The guy who brought this once owned a bar in Spain. He was born in Cuba.

23 whiskies total. One year in the making. Decided to go big or go home; so i included 3 regions of Scotch, an Irish Sherry Cask, Rye and more then a few Bourbons.

The finish was long and mouth feel was viscous and oily.

I've been wondering about that too. Bob, did it seem like any moisture got to the cigar?
Condensation definitely can be a problem. If the level of the drink is below the rest the condensation is limited. After each puff I ran my finger along the rest before I put the cigar back and that seemed to keep the cigar dry between puffs.
