Here near Detroit it's the same as most other places mentioned.
We're on a stay at home order signed by the governor but most people don't pay attention to it. Stores have been out of sanitizer, lysol wipes, rubbing alcohol, tylenol, paper towel, bottled water, toilet paper.
Limits on everything, special hours for elderly, health care workers, police but most people don't pay attention and the store employees are afraid to say something.
Sam's club actually had water and paper products today, but no cleaning or sanitizing stuff.
Bars are closed, restaurants are closed except for curbside pickup or delivery.
Movie theaters, malls, most retailers are closed.
I work as a service technician for fire/burglary systems, CCTV, and home automation. We are dead slow, we had 4 guys to cover Michigan and northern Ohio, now we're down to 3, and still very little work. Luckily the company is still paying us, but I can't help but wonder for how long.
I'm just doing my part, not going anywhere except work. Keeping my distance when I do go out. Not hording stuff. Luckily my family is not sick and haven't been exposed, at least not that we know of.
Definitely stock up on essential items when you can.
Stay safe brothers

We have our first confirmed case in my county. (21k people) Truth be told, I think the government is suppressing the numbers a bit as to not panic everyone. I'd bet money we have more than one case.
It's been so crazy with many people reporting such a variation of symptoms. And many people are convinced they had this back in November/December also. Wait until there's drive up testing center, I guarantee numbers will skyrocket. They sure as hell did here. We have I think 3 or 4 drive through testing centers, results come back in "5-7 business days." But for the most part unless you're in respiratory distress or something severe that needs hospital treatment you stay at home and self quarantine for 2 weeks and ride it out.

Here in good ol SW MO, its almost like nothing is going on. People treat it all like there is nothing going on aside from the panic buying. Although that seems to be slowing a little. Our mayor turned down a stay at home order since there are only a couple cases in our whole county. Schools are out til the end of April now.
Yet my job, where i have to go into peoples home daily, is still kicking away. And as busy as ever. But they did get us respirator masks and we have disposable gloves to wear at each stop.

Found out yesterday my kid’s daycare provider tested positive. My 1yo son isn’t showing any symptoms and neither are my wife or I, but I’d certainly put a 1yo in the super spreader category if he did/does have it! We’re already pretty much in lockdown, so I guess we’ll just tack another 14 days on.

Saddest thing is there are ZERO shortages, just stocking issues. If the sheep would continue to buy at a normal rate, there's be no issues. We had our first case of Corona confirmed at my job today! Only 59 more and I either get locked on, or off site. I am fortunate that I work for a massive company, and will continue to be paid regardless of which side of the fence I land on.

I live in a small coastal town in Connecticut. The population doubles in the Summer time with New Yorkers coming to their Summer homes. They’re here now, taking our milk, TP, and fresh produce.
A bunch of my friends who live on the north fork of LI and some who work on the south fork said all the NY Cidiots are calling the local companies to get their homes and pools open for the season because they all fled from NYC and are heading eastbound, taking their corona virus selves with them spreading it to an area which wasn't really a "hot spot" as of late. Oh and wiping out the local supermarkets of food and other supplies too. I'm pretty sure NYC is the hot spot for us here in NY right now. And the leadership there, don't even get me started. It's just a damn shame. If anything people need to learn from the stupidity of 1/2 (I'm trying to be nice) of the NY population and stay the hell home.

People turn into sheeple in panic mode. Just look at the stock market crash in the 20's. Same process happening now.
They handed out "Essential Personnel" letters at work yesterday. Heading starts with:
"To all law enforcement personnel and/ or National Guard:"
Pretty foreshadowing if you ask me. Pray this is all over soon

Amen!
Springfield, about 50 or 60 miles from here, is on lock down. But we are not. My boss refuses to send us over there to deliver for fear of us getting contaminated, yet this whole area is so intertwined, 60 miles is not gonna make a difference.
And of course, being a home improvement, people are flocking in for that "essential" mulch and paint.

Might as well do some home improvement during quarantine, right? / sarcasm off
