I tried many websites including Neptune, but they do not deliver to Qatar especially due to Covid-19 situation.

I will pay in advance including shipment cost, with a condition to be shipped through FedEx.

Cigars Daily offers international shipping. Their online page doesn’t list any countries they do not ship to but it wouldn’t hurt to contact them for verification. Good luck.
