BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I actually have it pretty lucky...if I'm only kinda sick, I can work from home (assuming I prepared for it and took the work home the night before). If I work from home, even if it's only for a few hours, I don't have to use up any personal/sick time. That's pretty cool IMHO.
We have an "open" sick policy. Take as many days as you want whenever you want, just don't abuse it.
We had this employee that was proud that they had never taken a sick day.
He thought he was saving the company money, but he probably cost us a lot by making everybody else sick. People that were a lot more important than him.
