Just realized that this fella is the stick I have had the longest in my relatively young and small collection, and the last of my early "cast a wide net" purchases to try and find what brands/flavors i prefer. I estimate it to have been bought around mid 2020. Time has mellowed what was once an almost overwhelmingly strong-flavored stick. Still not a great smoke IMO, despite it having a CT Broadleaf wrapper which I love. For as much as I'll always have Cohiba Blue Dots in my humi, this is probably the last one of these I'll ever buy.

Edit: Thought it was also worth saying that it is interesting how my tastes have continually evolved and, though this is always subjective to say, improved. Some of this is simply due to trying more and more different sticks over time....evolving and training my palate, etc. But MOST of it is due to the recommendations/advice given on here. Not to mention the sticks that I've so generously been sent by y'all.
The sad part is, they use to be really good sticks for resting. You let them sit nine months or longer and they were definitely well above average. Now they smoke exactly like what they are, Cbid throwaways for mooch friends.

Quick coffee and smoke this morning. It is supposed to get colder as the day goes and I wanted to enjoy a warm smoke in the sun.

Too bad I tossed it halfway because the construction was garbage. One side would not burn and it had a weird sour taste. None of the other sticks in that storage have that issue. So, not user error.
