BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Being fans of Washington wines, we've had Canoe Ridge cabs a few times but not the 2003, since the early-to-mid 2000s. When I saw it, I had to have it, if only to find out how it fared after 20 years. CSM wines are not widely regarded for their cellaring potential but it did not disappoint. I haven't been able to track down the autograph yet.

I have not tried them all yet. I plan on having a few friends over and doing a vertical tasting so we can see what the differences can do to the juice. The 2022 series was really interesting in that you get one that was at the top of the rick house and one from the bottom so you can see what placement does.Very cool, Joe! Do you have a favorite? I just had a pour of mine last night.
The GF took me to a local beer distributor up her way this week as in PA they don’t sell beer in grocery stores and you have to go to the beer store. Place was huge and I was impressed with the selection. I think I made out pretty good this cost me $50.
The only time I've seen one in the wild (and not at the BT distillery lol). The store also had a bottle of Pappy, but since they wanted $200 for a Booker's, I knew better than to even inquire. I did ask about this bottle of 17yr Eagle Rare, and it was $1400
