I'm heading to Ottawa Canada and was wondering if anyone knew of a reputable habanos dealer there?

I don't see anything listed on the LCDH site ... but I found these Ottawa shops on the ICG website. Bring vaseline as the prices are generally high.

Everything in Canada is pricy due to their taxes. Not to mention that your dollar doesnt go as far as it does in the states.

Last time I visited picked up some very nice smokes at the Fairmont where we were staying. Had to mortgage the house to pay for them but welcome to Canada eh.

As a side note... make sure you are getting real CC's.
Some of my countrymen seem to think that it's o.k. to sell dom. rep. sticks as CC's. Unless you get a good reccomendation from someone I'd be leary.

Very expensive out there. You are better off bringing your own and keeping your buying to a minimum.

The Empress, Eh? Pretty classy digs! When I was there, I stopped at Old Moriss (sp). Very knowlegeable staff and great service.

I have this thing with Fairmont. I have stayed in them all over the world and they treat you like you live there. I did live at the Fairmont Chicago for three months. That was verrrry nice.

It's always cool to buy cigars while on vacation. Be aware of the prices.
