Amen Brother!!! 2 pre-scollers and a 12 hour a day job. I'm not about to spend 3-6 hours on the weekend in front of the tube. Give me some sun and a little surf and now we're talkin.
Well, I have two kids in school and work 12 hour days, too. But I also have an 11 foot high-def projection screen in my basement. You can bet I'm down there most Sundays. Once I've actually finished the room and put in a fridge, I'll never have to leave.
I'm really looking forward to next Sunday's San Diego at New England game. SD is still smarting from their meltdown in the playoffs against the Pats last year. We got to hear the talented but whiney LaDanian Tomlinson report on how classy he is unlike that dirtbag Bill Belichick. And SD fans have latched onto that have been pissing and moaning for eight months. (No offense, Jeff.)
Both teams won on Sunday, though I'd say NE did so more decisively. Next week should be a good game. But, of course, I'm biased and may have to come back here next week to eat crow.
