On CBid it asks if you are 21 i am not why do they ask and what happens if you say you are if you are not? havent done anything yet. just wondering

I never noticed it asked if you were 21. I've been buying from them since I turned 18. Now I'm 24 so maybe they started that after I hit 21? Hell six years later I pretty much give them all my spare cash that I don't invest and pay bills with. Sometimes it's not spare cash and it goes on my credit card as a "holy crap I won 6 boxes and a humidor this week" charge.

I have been buying from CBid for 3 years, and I only turned 21 last September. Just check the box -- it's only for liability purposes on their end.

What legalities would be involved in wanting to assure that the customer is 21? Tobacco age is 18, I believe credit card age is generally 18 with most financial institutions, where does 21 come into play? By the way, I started buying from Cbid when I was 17 years old....I mean....wait....a friend of mine...yeah...that's it...A guy I know....
