  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Has anyone had these? I ordered the torpedo in the Maduro wrapper. They were on sale for $45 shipped, and I had a gift cert for $50 I got from my Mom. hat do you think of these?

I scored a bundle, of the dark R4 torp's. Pretty tasty, nice oily flavor from that dark wrapper-if you like that.

I have some of the Naturals, they are an ok smoke not great but they are cheap. Nice for a morning smoke of if you are going for your 3rd or 4th cigar of the night. I am hoping they will get better with a year on them.

I just got this bundle in the mail today. They look nice, but were freezing cold when I opened the box, so it may be a month or so until I enjoy one. What I can say now is that the maduro wrapper on these puppies is DARK. I would have guessed oscuro just from looking at it. It's a dark dark dark oily wrapper with a much lighter filler from looking at the foot. I'll let you know how they smoke. They are $70 for 25 on C-bid, but I've seen two sales in the last feww months that bring them to $40-$45. Cheers

i've been told they have the same flavor profile as an Anejo. TBD if that's true or not.
I have never had an anejo, have you? do you want to compare and let us know what you think regarding the flavor profiles? I believe I already have your addy.

Ther is alittle something special in there as well. I figure shipping costs the same either way. It is in a tubo, but the cigar is not the same as the tubo, so open it to find the acctual smoke.
