Strangest thing you've ever paired a cigar with:

I thought I was the only one to pair cigars with energy drinks. It's been a month shy of nine years for me.

Not sure why, but when I smoke an aged Opus and drink water with it, the Opus tastes buttery, not a flavor I ever get unless I drink water with that particular cigar, especially the No.2

Had a cabaiguan robusto with mango italian ice mixed with vodka a few weeks ago. I immediately thuoght of this thread when it all went down too.

Mickey's 40 Oz. a large tootsie roll and any cigar. A thing I started back in College. The little store we would go to get booze at always had tootsie rolls at the counter. Stupid, yes. Odd, very much so.

I had an A&W Cream Soda with a Diamond Crown Robusto #5. It was not a bad pairing iI have to admit. I like the sweet taste after a long draw of a fine cigar.
