  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

what is the most expensive cigar that you have ever smoked? Was it for a special occasion? where did you smoke it?

for me, it was a Davidoff. The occasion was the RTDA Show in New Orleans (the following week is when the hurricane came through). We smoked them at Hooters. (the atmosphere and views were terrific)

AF13 $125 in Minneapolis MN, with buddies at a motorcycle show. I have an Opus X Super Belicoso Maduro for this week at the RTDA too.

It was a 2001 PSD3 EL that I bought in Paris last month. I actually bought a couple because they are the best cigar I have ever smoked and I didn't have any more. The first one I ever smoked was on a very significant occasion to me, and so maybe I am rating them higher because of it, but nevertheless they are one of the better cigars out there! Smoked one on my balcony in La Defense one evening, and the other two I am saving for something really important.

proabably a Davidoff Diadema that came in the slide top coffins. I only have a few of those left and will probably hold on to them for a LONG time

FFFX Chili Pepper... although I traded it for a hand full of cigars...

Smoked it with a friend (who also had a Chili Pepper) on his 50th birthday. Also the 17th (i think) year anni. of his triple organ transplant.

Partagas 150, very smooth, and a gift from a Brother here
And A Siglo VI, a gift from another brother at my first herf.
I alos have a Padron 80th in the humi that Has been there for 7 months, another gift from a fine brother here. I think it will be my New Year's Eve smoke. I thought about it for my Anniversary cigar, but I doubt my wife would like me taking two hours to smoke a cigar on our Anny.
