  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

We sold these types in our shop last Christmas and they looked very much like Books on a shelf. I don't think they would store very well unless you had a walk-in with shelves.

Last year I bought the box of Macanudo to have around when someone stops by who is a non-regular smoker (Everyone knows the name, and they are as light as can be). The box looks so good the wife took it and placed a vase on it (in the living room).

Yeah, they're not intended to be used as a substitute for a humidor. They were made to sit in a humidified cabinet that looked like an old-fashioned lawyer's bookcase. I don't know if they're still available, but you can always stick these boxes in any humidor (or coolerdor etc.) that is big enough to hold cigars in boxes.

Right on. I have wine fridge, and unfortunatly enough room to fit em.:nodlaugh: There is not a difference in the cigars, right? Just the standard line, right? I figure the box will be something cool to have when I'm done, and the price is right up my alley.

Yep regular production, I have smoked 2 or 3 boxes of diffreent types of these, if you watch JRs weekly specials they come up from time to time dirt cheap, if these closeouts dont move I am sure they will be on special again soon.

The close out is priced at $47, that seems like a good deal. Am I wrong?

Seems to me that they had a few of these on special a month or so ago for 39.99, but I could be wrong. The $47 seems like a good deal on most of those sticks.
