Excellent...thank you!
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
My wife and I did the Transatlantic cruise in Dec.of 2006 for 17 nights. You will like Barcelona but if you really want a good tour don't get roped into the bus tour,,,get a taxi and bargain with them. Cartegena is very nice and there are tons of shops in that port. Funchal is really great and take the tour to the top of the mountain. I probably enjoyed this island the best. As far as the 6 days cruising across the Atlantic you might get a bit bored so take enough cigars with you and sneak a good bottle of whiskey in your water bottle when you come back to the ship,,,,you will save tons of money on drinks. Have a great time!!!Thanks to all of you for your advice, I appreciate it.
Sheep - we're flying out Thanksgiving morning. I'll definitely take you up on your offer! I'll probably buy a torch in Barcelona, as there may be sometimes when I will smoke on deck (ie - out in the wind). Maybe pick up a few CC's...I had entertained the idea of buying a box of CC's in Barcelona and then smoking them all before Galveston.
I plan on making it over to Graycliff's when we're in Nassau.
Any of y'all have other "must visit" places?

I don't know what you guys think. But I just found these http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10247562
I have one couple oz tube of beads that I stick in there and just have a easy way to transport my smokes.
Thanks for the knowledge you have bestowed on me your humble pupil :ninja:These are fine for tuperadors, but to transport, i worry about the smokes being loose and getting damaged. The travel humis we are talking about have foam trays that seperate each cigar and gently hold them in place.
No problem, I have a little 5 stick box that Bill gave me, that I use anytime I leave for the night. Here is the box I'm buying this week from RonC.Thanks for the knowledge you have bestowed on me your humble pupil :ninja:
