The Anejo's are here!

Went to my local B&M today and he had a box of 49's and 50's. I bought three each at $9.50 and $11 each respectively.

Also pulled down a hemingway classic maduro and a Cigar Family Charitable foundation box with one Diamond Crown Maximus and an Opus X. They are both churchill sized but with pigtail caps (I think...didn't take them out of the cello). They were coffin boxed and priced at $50, a little high, but I chalked it up to charity and picked it up.

They also had a Fuente Holiday sampler with a couple Anejo's, Opus X, Hemingway's, etc for $99.

I've been checking around and haven't found any other B&M's near me that have their anejo shipments in yet. I'm looking for some 46's, 55's, and 77's.

I wish the prices where I'm at are where you are. My B&M got 2 boxes of Anejo's, they sold out in one day - the one day I wasn't there this week. I went in tonight, the only thing they had left was the Hemmingway Maduros and the Holiday sampler box. I bought the 3rd to last holiday box for $169, and bought two hemmi Mad classics for $14 each.

I would kill for $10 anejos.

I got some Sharks. The B&M had a two stick limit. Not on each size, total! They actually got every size in for the Anejos and Hemingway Sig Maduros and Between the Lines. All were about $2-$3 over MSRP, but not too expensive. I'll be back on Friday for two more!

my closest b&m didn't have any as of wednesday and didnt' know when they'd get any. heck they've only been in business 50 years so why keep up on things like that? one of the guys said he'd email when they got some in. they did that with their tat blacks and i was able to get their one jar, minus one stick. they usually limit their few opus to 2 sticks so we'll see what happens.

I was just giving ya'll a heads up to look at your local B&M's for the anejo's if you were interested since they all seem to hit dealers at the same time. Why would mod's edit my post? Did I break some rule?

I was able to pick up 3 Sharks (lim), 3 Perfection #4's, 2 Hem Sig Maduros (lim) & also grabbed 2 Cabaiguan 46 maduros (one of my favorites lately!)... The bill was about $91.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find Anejo's at my local, Azucar.

The First time EVER I found Anejo's and Hemi Maduros at regular retail!
Yes, there was a limit, but I actually think that it's a fair approach. I mean, they Are going to sell them All, why not give more people a chance to score a few.

A pair of Sharks, 55's, 48's and a few Hemingway Maduro Signatures. Throw in a couple of Cruzados and Illusiones, That'll beat the Hell outta $200 dollars.

Still, I considered myself Lucky to get them.

A box split would be great IF you could find a whole box to split, in the first place.


Now, to sit on them for say 6 months and then give them a whirl.

That's the hardest part. Waiting........

I had a nice day last week, my local shop sold me his whole box of Between the Lines at the normal retail price, and a box of WOA maduros and Classic Maduro. Then went down the block and got 10 more of each. No Untold Story's yet.

BTL for $35, Anejo 46 for $25. (Before tax).
