  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So last night I smoked my first Opus X. A trade from a good friend. Thanks A.J. It was quite strong, but it tasted sublime! A nice relaxing way to spend a freezing cold night. With good friends, good smokes, & good times.

hoorah! Glad you enjoyed it, bro. I have yet to smoke one myself, but many of the guys around here rave about them all the time.

I can't wait to smoke another! I hear there is a place to get them at a good price out by me.

I actually tried to get one yesterday at my B&M, but they said they never get them in (which I know isn't true--what they meant is that they never sell them willy-nilly to walk-ins like me, only to "member" or what not).

They did have a "Reserva 55" or some such funky Fuente, but it was $15 and I didn't feel like taking a chance. Plus they had $1 off Hemingways, so I picked up a Classic and smoked that instead...YUMMY!

Which one did you have? I'm not sure is not an acceptable answer when it comes to Opus.

From what I hear a lot of stores have them way over msrp. Oh & what does B&M stand for?

Had my first Opus a few months ago while visiting a friend I had not seen in 10 years on a beautiful drunken night in St Pete's. While it was a great stick, sometimes the company you keep just makes it that much more enjoyable.

However that being said, Opus just flat out rock anyway, so even if you have a broken leg and your right thumb hurts..Opus still kick ass!
