  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Group,

Ok, I am trying to find a few more Goto sticks, and I know I like Tatuaje, I have some Franks and some Blacks that I LOVE, but they are kinda hard to get ahold of, if you know what I mean

So, I am looking to see what yall think are the top 5 Tatuaje, so I can know what to buy 5packs of and try...

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I have three sizes in the humi. Haven't tried them as yet. I hear so much about them that I don't want to smoke with any great expectations. I like the larger sizes so looking forward to smoking the canjous. Anyway will let u know which one I like the best

Not a Tatuaje. That's like saying a Chateau Fuente Sun Grown is an Opus...just because their Fuente made.

Come now, I think that's an unfair comparison. La Riqueza and Cabaiguan are "Tatuajes" just as much as the 3 main lines. That's why both lines have "by Tatuaje" in their name.

Saying the La Riqueza is a Cojuno, however, that would be a similar comparison to saying "a Chateau Fuente Sun Grown is an Opus."

any of the brown labels listed are great. if you like the frank, try the taino. it's the same blend, just with a different wrapper. the cazadore is also nice.

Not even close, and I'd bet if you asked Pete he'd be sure to say the same. Their different cigars, different blends, hell the LA Ricky is nothing near a Tat. Just because it's made by Pete doesn't mean it's a Tatuaje.

Is an El Centurion the same as a DPG?
Is a Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 the same as an Indian Tabac?
Is a Curly Head the same as an 858 Sun Grown?
Is a CAO Brazillia the same as a CAO MX2?

Need I continue?

1.Tat Black (black)
2.Tat Verocu west coast (red)
3.Tat Artistas (red)
4.Tat Noellas (brown)
5.Tat Angeles (red)

I have had close to, if not every cigar in the tat line, short of the black robusto.
(special thanks to the bros that sent limited releases)
These may not be the most popular with everyone, but they are my favs.

Hope this gets it done for ya.

yes you do, lol. And the RP Vintage line IS IN FACT an Indian Tabac cigar...Indian Tabac is a company name, not an individual cigar line. The Vintage line was released under the IT label.

In the same way, is not Tatuaje a company name, not the name of 1 specific cigar? There are several series of Tatuaje.

The CAO Brizillia is not a CAO MX2--those are two different lines in the same company. But both are still CAO cigars.

A Noella is not a Frank or an Angeles, but they are all Tatuajes, are they not?

Tatuajecigars.com lists all 3 "Tatuaje" lines as well as La Ricky and Cab as being "Tatuaje" cigars.

No would would say they are the same...that's why there are so many different ones.

I give up.
lol, I know they are different blends. I'm just saying that it's not insane to list the La Ricky or Cab in a list of favorite Tats (taking "Tatuaje" as a general term describing the company, not the brown label, etc.). I'm sure that many would not consider the Series P a Tatuaje either, but in general terms it still is.
