  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I placed my first order with New Havana Cigars recently and I was very impressed all the way around. Fast shipping with outstanding packaging!

Not only did I score some nice El Triunfadors, Cruzados and DPGs, but I was treated to some great customer service as well. Some of the Pepin I ordered were singles and stock was short of what I wanted, so Dan threw in a couple of other vitolas from the same series as an apology, free of charge.

New Havana Cigars has a customer for life. Thanks Dan!:clap::clap:

Does anyone know if they accept "walk-ins" or anything like that? I'm just over an hour away, and thought it might be fun.

My experience with NHC has always been good.

He vacuum wraps everything & ships right away, sends a confirmation email with link to tracking, not to mention he will answer questions & emails.

A+

Dan does indeed to walk-ins, but your best bet would be to send him an email, or attach a note to your order letting him know you'd like to pick them up in person.

YOu'll stil have to place your order online, but at checkout there's an option for in store pickup. cliky on that and attach the note.

He's not equipped for instore purchases...no cash. Even when i've been in and bought more than i planned, he goes on line and uses my CC to make a new order and then just hands the sticks to me, or i grab one of his 1000+ boxes and stuff em in there.

I've been there several times...it's worth the trip.

Lemme know if you're gonna do this and i'll meet you there. Dan's all about herfin it up.

just bring your best pair of listening ears...he's full of info and stuff!:agreesmil

July on 2008.
I found NHC on google.
Then NHC don't ship to Japan on shipping policy. I emailed to Dan about shipping area. 15min later, Dan emailed to me that he can ship to Japan and added Japan to his sipping area on NHC web site already.
WooHoo GREAT customer service!
Now, NHC is my No.1 favorite shop in USA.
Also I like Mike@Leaf&Ale and Robert@Atlantic:yes:
